The breakfast was warm and savoury with plenty of food. The staff were smart and affable and helpful with requests. The location was magnificent, just 5 minutes walk from a shopping mall.

Great Location and Value for Money

We chose this hotel for its convenient location near the airport, as we had a late evening flight. It was only a short 6-7 minutes drive from the airport, making it very convenient for us. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the city, so we didn't have to worry about traffic congestion.

Well connected, just one block from the nearest bus stop to airport, bus station and railway station. Pleasant walk through to the city center.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel. Some staff can seem slightly distant at times, although never unhelpful. I guess it is just corporate culture. This is really a business hotel, and so is the atmosphere. Breakfast is varied but expensive.

Loved the family-friendly atmosphere

The room was spacious and modern, perfect for accommodating my wife and children. We especially enjoyed the latest in audio/visual technologies in the room, with CD and DVD players available for our use. It made for a great movie night with the kids, creating a cozy and enjoyable atmosphere. The hotel staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

My kids wished for a swimming pool. My children wanted to splash around and have some fun in the water, so it would have been great if the hotel had a swimming pool for families to enjoy.

The location to the the towncenter was okay.

Terrible hotel. They did not provide us the correct reserved room. Airco didn't work. Airport shuttle is an ordinary public transport bus, which you have to pay for additionally. Lousy hotel, not worth the money.

The staff was very welcoming, created a comfortable atmosphere. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was helpful!

The location of the hotel was great, conveniently located near tourist attractions and a big supermarket. We found this very convenient for our stay. the staff at the hotel were polite and helpful, providing excellent service. the room service was prompt and the bed was comfortable.

We had a negative experience with the Wi-Fi. It was extremely slow, especially when using a VPN.

Easy acces to busstop, large grocery store, bars, restaurant, gas station etc. nearby. Friendly and helpfull hotel staff. Well capable in dealing with English only speakers.

I found the food from the roomservice dissappointing. I don't like to cook and even could have come up with something more tastefull.

The breakfast here was great - it was hot, tasty, and there were lots of options to choose from. the staff were really nice and friendly, they were helpful but not in your face. 🙂

the front desk staff was wonderful. Very helpful at all hours and very understanding that I did not know the area or language. Wonderful stay.

The only thing not perfect was that the walls seemed a bit dirty from air conditioning and heating exhaust. However it was not dirty and did not make me uncomfortable in the least. The staff was superb!!! Thank you for your assistance and patience.

I found the hotel staff extremely friendly and they had very good English. The proximity to the Airport was fantastic. Also the underground car park was very important.

Public transportation made my visit to Reus a breeze, thanks to bus number 50. It whisked me straight from the airport to the hotel, allowing me to avoid the hassle of finding a taxi or navigating unfamiliar streets.

Shower and hair dryer did not work. But would stay here again.
